Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information EverLoad LLC ("EverLoad", "we") collects through the EverLoad app and services, how we use it, and who we share it with. EverLoad is used by trucking fleets to record loads, dispatch drivers, and reconcile billing.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, role, and company, provided when an owner sets up their fleet or adds a team member.
- Google or Apple sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google" or "Sign in with Apple", Google or Apple tells us your name and email address (Apple may give a private relay address instead) so we can recognize your login. We receive nothing else from your Google or Apple account, and we send them nothing about your fleet or your work. Email and password sign-in is always available.
- Load and ticket data — load tickets (including photos of scale tickets), tonnage, ticket and load numbers, pit/dump locations, and job details captured by drivers.
- Location — a driver's truck location is collected only while the driver is On call and has explicitly opted in, including in the background while the phone is locked. It stops when the driver goes off call. When a driver clocks in or out of the time clock, the location of that punch is also recorded.
- Job notes and fuel receipts — notes and photos your team adds to a job, and photos of fuel receipts with the amounts read from them (total, gallons, price, station, date).
- Contact details — an optional phone number, so dispatchers can call or text a driver from the app.
- Text messages — for drivers who get loads by text instead of the app: their mobile number, the texts EverLoad sends them, and their replies (including photos of scale tickets).
- Order requests — emails sent to a fleet's EverLoad order address (orders+…@everload.app), texts a fleet's customer sends to EverLoad's number, photos of written orders and messages the office pastes in: the message, the sender's email address or phone number, and any attachments. They are kept in that fleet's order queue so its office can turn them into jobs.
- Job updates for a fleet's customers — a live job link a fleet shares shows that job's progress, the trucks on it with their approximate position, and that day's tickets with photos (never prices) to anyone who has the link, until the fleet turns it off. If the fleet invites a customer's phone number to daily job texts, we store the number, the name the fleet gives, and when the person replied YES; texts stop when they reply STOP.
- Voice in sales practice calls — EverLoad sales reps can talk through a practice sales call instead of typing, and hear the practice customer's replies read aloud. If you use the microphone, your phone's own speech recognition (Apple's or Google's, depending on your phone) turns your voice into text, and your phone's own voice reads the replies aloud. EverLoad never receives or stores the audio; only the typed-out words are sent to our AI coach (see Anthropic below). You can use the app without ever turning on the microphone.
- Device push token — so the app can notify you of new loads, notes and changes. It is removed when you sign out.
- Billing — the fleet's billing email, how many loads it hauled each month, and its invoices. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe's page; EverLoad never sees full card or bank account numbers.
- Driver pay (direct deposit) — if a fleet pays its drivers through EverLoad: Stripe collects each driver's identity details (such as name, date of birth and the last digits of their Social Security number) and bank account or debit card on its own pages. EverLoad stores the driver's Stripe account ID, the name and last 4 digits of the bank or card, and the amount, date and status of each payout; and for the fleet, the name and last 4 digits of the bank account it pays from and its driver-pay balance.
- Diagnostics — when the app hits an error, it sends us a crash report (the error message, which screen, app version) linked to the account. Only EverLoad staff can read them; they are deleted after 90 days.
- Website visits — on our public website (everload.app, not the app), we remember the sales rep code and campaign tags from the link you arrived on, in your browser for up to 90 days, so the right rep is credited if you sign up. Once we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, the website may also use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that someone viewed a page or finished signing up, so we can measure our ads. We do not send Meta your name, email, phone number or company. Meta may use its own cookies; its privacy policy covers what it collects, and you can control ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account or block third-party cookies in your browser.
- QuickBooks connection — if an owner/accountant connects QuickBooks Online, we store the OAuth tokens needed to create invoices on their behalf. Tokens are held securely on our servers and are never stored in the app.
How we use it
- To operate the app: record loads, dispatch drivers, show fleet analytics, and reconcile settlement.
- To sync settled loads into your QuickBooks Online company as invoices, when you connect it.
- To show dispatchers/owners the live location of on-shift trucks.
- To bill the fleet $1.00 per load (see the Terms of Service).
- To pay drivers by direct deposit, when their fleet turns it on.
- AI assistance: reading ticket and receipt photos, turning pasted job texts into jobs, and the dispatch assistant's suggestions.
- To find and fix problems in the app (crash reports).
Who we share it with
- Supabase — our backend and database provider, which stores your data securely.
- Google and Apple — only if you sign in with them: they confirm who you are when you do. Their own privacy policies govern what they collect when you use their sign-in.
- Intuit / QuickBooks Online — only the invoice data you choose to push, and only for companies you connect. We access QuickBooks solely to create the records you request.
- Anthropic — EverLoad's AI features run on Anthropic's Claude: photos of scale tickets and fuel receipts (including ones texted in), job details you paste to create jobs (which can include customer names, phone numbers, addresses and prices), order request emails, texts and photos (to draft the order for the office to confirm), the fleet's job list and driver roster (names, trucks, who is on call) when someone uses the dispatch assistant, and sales reps' practice conversations with the sales coach. Anthropic processes this only to return the result, does not use it to train its models, and does not keep it beyond its short safety-review window.
- Stripe — our payment processor: it emails the fleet's monthly invoice and takes the payment, and, for fleets that pay drivers through EverLoad, holds drivers' payout accounts (Stripe Connect) and moves the money from the fleet's bank to the drivers.
- Expo — delivers push notifications to your phone.
- Twilio — sends and receives EverLoad's text messages.
- Cloudflare — hosts everload.app and receives the emails sent to fleets' order addresses.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — only on our public website, and only once we turn on the Meta Pixel: page views and completed sign-ups, to measure our ads. Never your fleet's data, and never your name, email, phone or company.
- We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the providers above that deliver the messages.
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The EverLoad app has no ads or third-party tracking; the only advertising measurement is the Meta Pixel on our public website, described above.
Data retention
We keep your fleet's data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Location pings are kept only as the latest position per truck plus a short recent history. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days. Payout records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and payment records.
Your choices
- Drivers control location sharing with the On call switch.
- Owners/accountants can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
- You can request access to or deletion of your data from the app (☰ → Account → Delete my account) or by emailing us. See how account deletion works.
