EverLoad is an offline-first mobile app for trucking fleets and lease operators. Drivers photograph load tickets (auto-read by OCR), dispatchers assign and track loads, and owners reconcile every ton against what the carrier paid — and push it straight into QuickBooks Online.

📱 iPhone / iPad
EverLoad installs through Apple's TestFlight while we're in field testing.
Install on iPhone- Tap the button. If prompted, install the free TestFlight app from the App Store, then tap the button again.
- In TestFlight, tap Accept, then Install.
- Open EverLoad and sign in with the email and password your dispatcher gave you.

Get it on Google Play- Tap the button and tap Install.

QuickBooks Online
Fleet owners and accountants can connect their QuickBooks Online company from inside the EverLoad app (Settlement → QuickBooks → Connect). Settled loads are pushed as invoices automatically. To disconnect, open the app's QuickBooks screen and tap Disconnect, or remove the connection from within QuickBooks.
